How we review AirOps

What this site is

AirOps Reviews is an independent review aggregator. We are not AirOps and we don't work for them. Our goal is simple: collect what real users say about AirOps across the platforms where they post it, then organize it so you can make an informed decision in a few minutes instead of an afternoon.

Where the reviews come from

We aggregated 116 published reviews across 2 platforms. We did not write, edit, or solicit any of them. Every review is the words of a real AirOps user, quoted from its original source:

  • G2· Verified B2B software reviews, mostly from SEO, content, and growth marketers at small and mid-sized companies.
  • Reddit· First-hand accounts from SEO and marketing subreddits, unrated, with vendor staff and tool promoters left out.

AirOps holds a 4.7 out of 5 on G2 from 134 reviews. The reviews on this site are the G2 reviews our October 2026 pull returned (112 of the 134 on G2, dated November 2025 onward, critical ones included) plus four first-hand Reddit accounts. We left out one G2 review that promotes a competing service. About one in seven reviewers say they came to AirOps through its Content Engineering cohort, a training program, and some of those reviews talk about the course as much as the product.

How we score and tag

Each review is tagged by sentiment (positive, mixed, or critical) and by audience (small business or mid-market or enterprise), so you can filter to the perspective that matches you. The verdict score on the homepage is the count-weighted average of the platforms' own public ratings, using the counts listed above. Our snapshot skews toward written and critical reviews on purpose, so its plain average (4.7/5) can run lower than the platform-wide figure. Neither number is made up, and neither is weighted to flatter the product.

Every star rating is the reviewer's own G2 score, half stars included. One review shows 0 out of 5 because that is how G2 displays it.

Review lists open sorted by "Most relevant": detailed, recent reviews that describe what AirOps did for the writer come first, drawn from a mix of platforms, and the critical ones come after. Switch the sort to Newest, Highest rating, or Lowest rating, or filter to Critical, to read them in another order. The order never changes the averages above, which count every review we show.

Why we publish critical reviews

A review site that only shows praise isn't a review site. We include the negative reviews on purpose: the billing complaints, the support frustrations, the edge-case bugs, all verbatim and unedited. Balance is the entire point. It's what lets you trust the positive reviews too.

Affiliate disclosure

We earn a commission if you sign up for AirOps through links on this site, at no extra cost to you. This is how we fund the work. It does not influence which reviews we show, how we tag them, or the score we report. The data is the data whether or not you click a link.
