G2 Rated 4.5/5AirOps Feels Like a True Content Engine for Scalable, On-Brand Workflows
The biggest problem AirOps solves is the gap between spotting an issue and actually fixing it. Most tools stop at the dashboard: they show you where you’re losing visibility in AI search, but then you’re left on your own to figure out what to do next. AirOps closes that loop by surfacing what’s underperforming and then giving you workflows to create, refresh, and publish content directly.
For me, that’s made a real difference. Instead of spending hours manually updating older blog posts or repurposing webinar content, I can run a workflow that gets it done in minutes. It’s taken what used to be a messy, disconnected process and turned it into something repeatable, efficient, and much easier to manage. What they like: What I like most about AirOps is that it genuinely feels built for real content operations, not just one-off AI writing. It lets you create repeatable workflows, produce content at scale, and keep your brand voice consistent across everything you publish. It does take some effort to set up, but once it’s running smoothly, it saves a ton of time. Overall, it feels more like a content engine than just another AI tool. What they dislike: Honestly, the biggest downside is the learning curve. This isn’t something you can just pick up and start using right away—it takes real time to set up and configure properly, and non-technical folks can really struggle with it. Teams often end up needing someone dedicated just to manage the workflows. On top of that, it can get pricey, especially if you need advanced features that are locked behind enterprise plans. And if you’re working with large datasets, performance can slow down, which is frustrating when you’re trying to scale. It’s powerful, but it’s also heavy—definitely not a lightweight tool for lean teams.

G2 ★★★★★My agency became x3 times more efficient, and clients' results because x2 times better!
I use Airops to make my team more efficient, keep everything on brand with brand kits, and enhance our content workflows for better SEO results. It streamlines our research and content generation, replacing previous tools entirely. What they like: I love Airops for its super cool and amazing design. I like how advanced it is and appreciate the great output it provides, which gives us measurable results. It's also super customizable, allowing us to build workflows from scratch tailored to specific clients, use cases, locations, or tasks. This advanced capability helps create the most tailored approach and workflows. The design makes it nice to work with, and it just looks amazing. What they dislike: To be honest, sometimes, workflows are breaking. However, that's normal because sometimes we make too advanced however, their Copilot and support team are really helpful and always help us. The initial setup took quite some time, to be honest. So I would say the first two weeks were hard, but now a lot of things can be reusable and duplicated. So now it's easy.

G2 ★★★★★Time savings + hugely collaborative team
AirOps is helping us scale our AEO and SEO content strategy without scaling headcount. We use it to run content refreshes, track AI citation wins and drops, build offsite workflows for brand mention building, and generate reporting that would otherwise take the team hours to pull manually. It's become the backbone of how we measure and improve our visibility across AI search platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini. What they like: What's made a big difference is the AirOps team itself. They've been real partners, not just a vendor. Responsive, collaborative, and willing to get in the weeds with us on new use cases. I joke that they read our minds — half the time a feature we've been wishing for just... appears. And when we've actually asked for something specific, it's been ready for us in a matter of weeks. That kind of turnaround is rare. What they dislike: Output accuracy is still the thing we watch most closely. We've caught incorrect stats, wrong product details, and facts that just needed a second look before publishing. It means editing time is still real. Also, the brand voice has felt a bit stiff in more recent outputs — more dictionary definition than "talking to a real person." Would love to see sourcing become more transparent so fact-checking is less of a manual lift!

G2 ★★★★★The team behind the tool makes all the difference
As a one-person content team responsible for both content creation and refreshes, AirOps helps me identify gaps in our content while enabling more strategic updates using our proprietary data. When workflows are built effectively and used efficiently, it multiplies my output without adding to my time input. What they like: Onboarding was best-in-class, and the ongoing support feels like a true partnership (not just a help desk or chat). The platform itself is user-friendly, integrates smoothly with our website, and lets me do things like maintain final review of regulated claims, optimize for AI search, and execute bulk content updates with a click. The possibilities feel endless. What they dislike: As the only person using AirOps at my company, I've found it challenging to onboard the rest of my team. It can be difficult to clearly visualize or communicate everything the platform can do to colleagues who haven't used it themselves.

G2 ★★★★★Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish
We were struggling with two main issues: inconsistency and inefficiency. Our content quality varied depending on who was writing, and our process involved too many disconnected tools that didn't talk to each other. AirOps solved both. Now our brand voice stays consistent across everything we publish because the platform is trained on our guidelines. And because the whole workflow lives in one place, we've cut our production time significantly. It's also helped us scale without hiring. We're producing more content than ever, but the team isn't burned out—because AirOps handles the heavy lifting on the repetitive tasks. What they like: The biggest win for us has been how AirOps connects all the pieces of our content process. Instead of bouncing between five different tools, we now have one platform that handles research, writing, and optimization together. It's genuinely saved us hours every week. What really impressed me is the brand knowledge feature. We uploaded our tone guidelines and key messaging, and the content that comes out actually feels on-brand. That was always a struggle before—especially when working with AI tools that produced generic-sounding copy. The workflow automation is also a game-changer. We've built custom workflows that match exactly how our team operates, which means less friction and faster turnaround on projects. What they dislike: Honestly, there's not a lot to criticize. The main thing I'd mention is that there's a bit of a setup period. Building out your workflows and uploading all your brand assets takes some upfront effort. It's definitely worth it once everything is in place, but don't expect to be fully up and running on day one. I'd also say that for highly technical or specialized content, you still need a human in the loop to check for accuracy. The platform does a great job, but some topics just require that extra layer of review.

G2 Rated 4.5/5Powerful SEO Automation but Pricey
I use Airops for SEO workflow automation, managing SEO and blog tasks in one software. It automates keyword research, streamlines content creation with analytics, and refreshes outdated content, making SEO more efficient. What they like: I have used Airops for SEO workflow automation, and it really helps in managing all SEO and blog-related tasks in one software. I appreciate its ability to extract and analyze data, providing analytics reports that show how the content is performing. I find the SEO features to be like 'SEO on steroids'. It efficiently finds keywords and performs keyword research through automation, which replaces hours of manual effort. I also love the advanced Excel-like interface that allows me to use multiple tools and take actions before publishing content. The proprietary data for content creation is impressive and supports optimization with various strategies. It includes different LLM models for content support and image generation models. I mostly prefer the content refresh tool as it resolves issues of outdated content with just one click. I also like that it tracks analytics and conversions, assists in attribution, and helps in scaling organic revenue. The initial setup was very easy, done within 24 hours. The integration with Ahrefs while maintaining automation features is also valuable to me. What they dislike: I find the pricing too expensive and feel overwhelmed by the multiple features.

G2 ★★★★★Hands-On Cohort That Transforms Content into Scalable Systems
As a content marketing leader, my main challenge is scaling high-quality content without adding headcount. AirOps helps by building AI workflows that automate research, content structuring, and optimization. These tasks used to demand significant manual effort.
The cohort taught me to stop treating content as individual tasks and start building systems. Now, I produce more targeted content in less time while maintaining quality and consistency. For any content team aiming to do more with less, AirOps removes the bottleneck between strategy and execution. What they like: The AirOps Content Engineering Cohort completely changes how you think about content production. Instead of treating content as a series of one-off tasks, the program teaches you to build scalable systems and workflows. The hands-on approach was the biggest differentiator. Every session pushed you to build real workflows solving actual problems, not just watch demos. The curriculum covering AEO, AI Overview optimization, and AI-powered content workflows is directly applicable to what B2B marketing teams need right now.
The enablement team was exceptional. They stayed well past meeting times to answer questions and help anyone who was struggling. They genuinely encouraged and supported every person's individual goals for being in the program. That level of care and commitment to participant success is rare and made a real difference in the learning experience.
The instruction and peer community were both genuinely high quality. What they dislike: The only drawback is I wish the course was a little longer. There's such a great opportunity to learn more.

G2 ★★★★★Outstanding Experience Despite the Price
1. AI content creation at scale We use AirOps to operationalize AI for content production—turning repeatable prompts, brand rules, and SEO logic into structured workflows. This allows us to create consistent, search-optimized content faster, with less manual coordination and fewer quality issues than ad-hoc prompting. 2. Website auditing and analysis AirOps helps us automate parts of our website audits, such as analyzing page structures, identifying content gaps, and standardizing evaluations across large page sets. This makes audits more scalable, more consistent, and easier to turn into clear action items. Overall, AirOps reduces manual effort, improves consistency, and lets us focus more on strategy and decision-making rather than repetitive execution. What they like: Customizable AI prmpts, easy to understand UX without technical knowledge What they dislike: The price feels high relative to how quickly usage can scale, especially when running larger or more experimental workflows.

G2 ★★★★★Revolutionized Our Workflow and Content Creation
It has really streamlined our content creation efforts. For instance, when we need to scale content quickly, manually creating 10+ pages could take weeks, but with AirOps, we can generate all of them in one go. After that, we only need to do some manual checks to ensure everything looks good. One feature I particularly appreciate is the ability to directly publish pages from. This integration with CMS platforms simplifies the process and reduces the steps involved in getting content live. For me, the biggest benefit is the time saved for the team, allowing us to focus more on strategy. Additionally, the recent addition of the analytics feature has been extremely helpful. It allows us to spot any gaps we may have with brand mentions and targeted keywords. What they like: One of the things I really like about AirOps is how it has significantly minimized our manual tasks, which used to be extremely time-consuming. For example, when creating content, especially for website optimization, the manual work involved in brief creation and content generation used to take a lot of time. But with AirOps, we’ve been able to build a streamlined workflow that handles it all in one go, which saves a lot of effort and time. Another great feature we’ve utilized is its ability to scrape Google results for specific keywords. Essentially, AirOps offers a versatile set of tools, from identifying outreach lists to scaling content across multiple websites. It’s been a game-changer for optimizing our processes! What they dislike: One thing that can be challenging, especially for new users, is the initial learning curve of the tool. It might seem overwhelming due to the wide range of features and capabilities. So it does take some time to get fully acquainted with everything it has to offer. However the support team is quick, efficient, and always ready to help with any questions or concerns!

G2 ★★★★★AirOps Makes Scalable SEO Automation Practical
AirOps is helping me turn repetitive SEO and content workflows into automated, repeatable systems. I built a playbook that handles the recurring workflow and delivers a report every morning, replacing a manual process with a consistent automated workflow. Beyond saving manual effort, this has given me a scalable framework for identifying other repetitive SEO tasks that can be automated and monitored systematically. What they like: What I like most about AirOps is how it helps move AI from ad-hoc prompting into structured, scalable workflows. The Content Engineering program gave me a practical way to connect content, data, AI, automation, and human judgment in a cohesive process. I especially appreciate the emphasis on building repeatable systems grounded in real context, with quality controls and measurable outcomes, rather than simply generating more content. What they dislike: I didn’t notice many significant downsides throughout the program.

G2 ★★★★★AirOps Streamlines My Writing Workflow and Keeps My Voice Consistent
I signed up for the AirOps cohort because I kept seeing organizations use it and wanted to understand it hands-on, not just read about it. So I set up a small project: a professional portfolio, and I'm using AirOps to run the content operation behind it, blog posts and LinkedIn posts, from the first draft through to something ready to publish.
That's the problem it's solving for me at this stage: it takes over the repetitive parts of content production, structuring the brief, drafting, keeping the tone consistent whether I'm writing a blog post or a LinkedIn post, so I can focus on the judgment calls and the final review. Even at this small scale, I'm running close to the same workflow an organization would: a brand kit that keeps my voice consistent, playbooks that shape structure by format, and a review step before anything goes live.
It's not a polished case study yet, it's a working example. And I'm well aware I've only scratched the surface of what the tool can actually do. What they like: The Writing Rules playbook made a real difference in how I write. I can now put out articles that consistently match my voice and intent, and even with the required HILT review, the whole process still saves me time.
The initial setup takes time to get right, and I'd tell anyone starting out to expect that. But it's worth the investment: the quality of everything I create depends on how well that foundation is built.
Setting up integrations was easy, on the other hand. I connected AirOps to Google Analytics and Search Console, so I could bring performance data straight into my workflows instead of copying it over by hand.
Quill has been just as valuable: it's a solid AI agent for adjusting my playbooks and grids, catching gaps, and suggesting improvements I wouldn't have caught on my own. What they dislike: There isn't anything I dislike about AirOps specifically. The system does have a learning curve, and it takes time to figure out how to get the most out of it. What makes up for that is the support: everyone on the team is responsive. They have a Slack channel where you can post any question and get an answer almost instantly.

G2 Rated 4.5/5AirOps Makes Building AI Agents Easy, Even for Non-Techies
AirOps helps me eliminate the busywork and decrease the amount of time required for quality content updates. We're talking about shipping in hours instead of days. What they like: The platform is evolving constantly, but I find Quill, the smart AI assistant, to be the most helpful part, enabling non-techies like myself to actually build AI agents through a conversation. I also LOVE the MCP feature. What they dislike: I don't dislike it, but I sometimes feel overwhelmed by how quickly new features are introduced. It requires me to allocate additional time to catch up with the platform. That said, all the recent updates have been truly helpful so far.

G2 ★★★★★Actionable Next Steps and High-Quality Content Output
We are able to build up an extensive system of context to ensure our content is constantly getting better. It's also helping us figure out what conversations we should be in, and most obviously, it's seriously scaled our content production even more than I thought possible. What they like: AirOps makes it so easy to see exactly what is and is not working on my site, and then does an amazing job of helping me figure out what action to actually take from there. I've tried using some other tools, even just for SEO, but found that the next steps were not always obvious to me.
Being able to query AirOps live within the Claude MCP has also made the process more extensible for those times when I need to answer questions for my team that aren't directly addressable in the platform. I participated in one of the training cohorts and thought it was so well-paced with great exercises to help us use the platform to its fullest capacity.
The content output I get from my playbooks is what I've been most impressed by though! What they dislike: AirOps is a bit more expensive than other tools I've been quoted, but I find it so much easier and more efficient to get great output out of that I think the pricing difference is more than worth it. The tool gets us to the answers we need and the actions make a measurable difference almost right away.

G2 ★★★★★AirOps Playbooks and Copilot Save Time and Streamline Content Workflows
Several useful cases for me: blog posts updates based on their performance (using performance metrics from GSC and GA), playbook for turning demo notes to press releases, drafting new blog posts using playbook based on given keywords. What they like: Saving time and manual work in the first place. Playbook feature is really changing how one can work with content. Copilot is built perfectly to guide along the way of building and improving workflow that are used daily. I managed to handle multiple contexts in a short period of time and cover several use cases for our content team. By connecting AirOps to GSC and GA it gave us various opportunities and insights for improvements. What they dislike: I noticed along the way that AirOps is constantly working on improving its features and actually several new features were added within the first month of my usage. It improved and streamlined my processes even further. What would help is the option of choosing which AI tool is being used for Playbook feature.

G2 ★★★★★Top-Tier Cohort Training and Coaching—Plus Fantastic Built-In AI
As an agency owner, I wanted new ways of providing value to my clients. The biggest component was being able to find ways of ensuring my clients were discoverable by AI search but also being set up to be an authority in their space. What they like: Airops, in my opinion, offers some of the best training and access to education through its cohorts. Having recently completed their content engineering cohort, I can honestly say their team is second to none as well. The coaching and guidance throughout the cohort made a genuinely positive impact on me, and it’s one of the main reasons I was able to find success.
That combination helped me fine-tune my skills, but even more importantly, it improved how I build my workflows and playbooks. This platform really has it all, and when you pair it with the team and the training, you’ll understand what I mean if you join a future cohort. My vote? Airops is the best, and you should strongly consider not only their training, but also using their platform for your AEO/GEO, content engineering, and more.
Oh, and the built-in AI is fantastic—Quill (and the use of CoPilot) is amazing. What they dislike: At this time and point, I do not have any negative things to say about AirOps and the experience that I had.

Helping track AI visibility, providing helpful advice on content updates, and alerting to me new opportunities. It takes away so much time-consuming manual analysis. Creating Playbooks that write to Grids really is a game-changer. What they like: It's extremely easy to use—Quill makes it super straightforward to create Playbooks and Grids. The ability to upload Brand Guidelines and other reference material ensures any content being created avoids the AI slop cycle. It's made it much easier for me to identify pages that need updates and to track opportunities for new content. What they dislike: I honestly don't have any downsides. I appreciate being able to manage all of my content in one place, from competitive research to content gap analysis, topic selection, then writing, iterating, and more. G2 Rated 4.5/5Powerful Content Optimization Tools
AirOps is solving the problem of content gaps and content productions. In the era of AI, businesses are forced to move faster and create content with less. AirOps can help close the gap on audit, finding opportunities, providing high level AI visibility tracking, and produce content with automation. What they like: I love the actionable insights from the opportunities section. I can easily extract many useful content ideas for my business in terms of prompts or pages.
Besides performance metrics, the workflow automation and content optimization tools are powerful. What they dislike: This software has a steep learning curve, and it is not a plug and play. This is suitable for mid size to Enterprise customers, who are interested in automations and producing high quality content at scale. Also, it does not provide integrations to CRM or other popular platforms that businesses use on a regular basis.

G2 ★★★★★AirOps Speeds Up Content Creation with a User-Friendly, Dependable Workflow
Time-consuming and repetitive content duties are a challenge that AirOps helps to overcome. I can create workflows that automate a large portion of the process rather than manually writing material or executing numerous prompts across various tools. This greatly speeds up and improves the consistency of content development. Managing consistent content creation and increasing productivity on a weekly basis have been very beneficial. What they like: AirOps is very user-friendly and effective. When compared to completing everything by hand, it greatly speeds up content creation and helps optimise content workflows. I use it every week, and it has developed into a very dependable tool for increasing productivity and expediting repetitive content duties. What they dislike: Fixing or modifying an input in a workflow can occasionally be challenging, particularly if you're still getting familiar to how everything works together. To get the input exactly right, it may take several attempts. Nevertheless, the process saves a great deal of time and operates quite effectively if it is set up correctly.

G2 ★★★★★AirOps Is a Game-Changer for Scalable, Consistent ABM Campaigns
AirOps helps us scale personalized ABM content and campaign assets much faster than we could manually. Instead of spending hours drafting variations for different accounts, we can generate tailored messaging, briefs, and content in minutes. It’s helped our team move faster, maintain consistent messaging, and focus more on strategy rather than repetitive content production. What they like: AirOps has been a game-changer for our ABM program. As an integrated marketing manager, I’m able to quickly generate highly personalized campaign assets at scale while keeping messaging consistent across channels. The workflows are intuitive, the AI output is strong, and it’s saved our team countless hours. What they dislike: There’s a bit of a learning curve when first setting up workflows, especially if you’re new to prompt-based tools or AI orchestration. The speed at which we're able to update content has helped us adapt more quickly to the rapidly changing search landscape, and it's translating into tangible results. AirOps is helping us scale our content production, which has helped us achieve more traffic, more conversions, and more visibility on LLM platforms at a faster rate and for less money than we would otherwise. What they like: Onboarding and setting up our workflows was tremendously easy, partly because the software is great, and partly because the team at AirOps is phenomenal. They booked weekly meetings with us to build together, iterate, and launch. The software is great too and has done everything we've asked of it and more. What they dislike: Not much. G2 Rated 4.5/5Serious time saving with AirOps
AirOps has been a huge help in speeding up our research and outlining phase. It builds out detailed frameworks that account for SEO and AEO best practices, which has allowed us to scale our delivery significantly. Beyond just the initial prep work, it’s taken the friction out of manual tasks like content audits, link gap analysis, and fact-checking. It basically handles the deep-dive data work that used to take hours of our time. We've had so many other teams at our company interested in using AirOps for some of their daily tasks - the benefits are immense! What they like: AirOps has been a game-changer for my daily workflow. It handles the heavy lifting of research and data gathering, which used to be a huge manual time-sink, allowing me to focus on high-level output instead. I’ve been able to plug in tools like Ahrefs and SEMRush to ensure the automated steps follow the exact same logic I use when working manually. Plus, the Copilot feature made the setup process incredibly intuitive—it’s been surprisingly easy to build out custom workflows for almost any task I throw at it. What they dislike: Sometimes I get stuck with errors and cannot figure out how to resolve them, even with Copilot. We do have a great account manager who helps us through this though!

G2 ★★★★★Great for Quick AI Workflow Automation
I use it to fetch Google Search Console data via the API, then send it to Sheets or BigQuery for easier querying and transformations. From there, I run custom LLM calls (OpenAI/Anthropic) to cluster and score queries, and to surface keyword gaps. Finally, I pipe the outputs into a dashboard or automate recommendations with a scheduled script. What they like: Airops is a good choice if you want to quickly chain together AI-powered workflows without much setup. It’s fundamentally best for simple, out-of-the-box automations. What they dislike: If you’re comfortable building your own prompts and logic with GPT, Claude, or custom LLM pipelines, you may run into limits. This is true specially if you need fine-tuned control or want to iterate beyond the prebuilt modules.

G2 ★★★★★AirOps Makes Workflows Easy with Excellent Tutorials and Learning Resources
AirOps helps me turn AI-assisted writing into a structured workflow instead of a series of manual prompts. I can build repeatable processes for research, drafting, and optimization, which saves time and keeps outputs consistent. It’s particularly useful for scaling SEO and content production without juggling multiple tools. What they like: AirOps makes it easier to understand and use their product through tutorials, free courses, cohorts, and Zoom sessions. It's really important because the idea of a "content engineer" can be quite intimidating for people who consider themselves non-technical. And once you get the hang of using AirOps and building workflows, it gets easier and easier while making your life easier and more efficient when it comes to content creation and beyond. What they dislike: This is not a dislike, but it can be quite technical at times, which is why they've done well by creating and making available so many resources for training and learning.

G2 ★★★★★AirOps Turns Manual Content Ops into Consistent, Repeatable Workflows
AirOps solves the problem of fragmented AI usage across research, analysis, and drafting. Before, we relied on separate tools and manual coordination, which led to inconsistent outputs and unnecessary rework. By consolidating this into structured workflows, we’ve improved consistency, reduced turnaround time, and made our content process more scalable across the team. What they like: AirOps helps us turn manual SEO and competitive research into repeatable workflows. We use it for structured briefs and multi-step analysis, which improves consistency and reduces rework across projects. It’s strong when you need systemized outputs, not just one-off AI drafts. What they dislike: To get real value, you need clear inputs and well-designed workflows. It’s powerful, but not a plug-and-play content generator.

G2 ★★★★★Smooth Workflow Creation with AirOps’ Built-In Copilot
I can create content systems from scratch to completion without losing my human touch. As a content marketer, using AI tools has always been a trade-off because most AI tools create generic content. AirOps is quite different as it does the scaffolding for me while I retain the most critical step which is scaling quality with me as the engine. What they like: I like how simple it is to create workflows on AirOps, as there's virtually every tool any marketer would use. These include SEO tools like Ahrefs, top-tier LLMs, AEO tools, and even project management tools. What I really love is the built-in Copilot option that helps when creating workflows. It can suggest steps to add or even create an entire workflow for you as long as you have a good idea. The process is seamless and with the cohort, you can get new ideas to make use of AirOps in all things content. What they dislike: I'm yet to come across anything that would make AirOps a turn-off. My experinence so far has been all positive.

G2 ★★★★★Built for scalable SEO
AirOps solves the problem of scaling content without losing structure or consistency. Instead of relying on one-off prompts for briefs, outlines, or drafts, I can build a workflow once and reuse it across multiple pages. If search intent shifts or I want to refine how we structure headings, internal links, or product info, I can go back and adjust the prompt or logic instead of starting from scratch. That makes iteration much faster. What they like: AirOps treats AI like something you design intentionally, not just something you use to generate quick outputs. I really liked the emphasis on structure. It made me slow down and think more carefully about the logic behind what I was building instead of just chasing a result. To me, this tool is less about getting something to work once and more about building workflows that actually hold up over time. What they dislike: There’s an initial learning curve, especially for more advanced workflows. It takes some iteration to get everything working exactly how you want.

G2 ★★★★★AirOps Empowers Effortless Content Scaling and Workflow Management
AirOps is helping us to scale content creation faster and improve our quality at the price per piece. It is a great cost savings per article once up and running! What they like: AirOps has unlocked our ability to post custom content at scale across the site. What I love the most about it, though, is the ability to have multiple workflows simultaneously. We have had a hard time scaling content across multiple projects -- AirOps has helped us to do just that. Also, our team has some people who are not very tech savvy. AirOps made it simple and easy to use. The support team that helped us get all of our workflows setup have been invaluable! What they dislike: No real downsides. The hardest part of us is making sure our Engineering team is aligned on priority for data connections. It was a short onboarding process, so I would have liked to see the impact more before fully committing to a year at the price point.

G2 Rated 4.5/5Hands down the best content automation platform on the market
Creating content at scale in the age of AI is a big challenge if you don't have a platform that allows you to build automations seamlessly whilst retaining brand voice and identity. This is the main benefit of using AirOps vs using LLMs directly. Context engineering with AirOps is a seamless exercise. This, paired with the ability to take action based on insights, really puts AirOps on a different league in the market. What they like: The flexibility this platform offers to build custom content workflows without coding experience and without in-depth knowledge of API integrations is what sets it apart from other similar tools in this space. What they dislike: The brand settings could do with a bit of a facelift but this is just me searching for something that could potentially be improved rather than something I genuinely dislike.

G2 ★★★★★Scaling SEO and AEO Without Scaling Headcount
AirOps helps us do more with a lean team by automating and accelerating complex SEO and content analysis that would normally require significant manual effort. It allows us to scale high-quality analysis and workflow execution without adding headcount. At the same time, it supports a more intentional approach to AEO, helping us optimize content with clearer structure, stronger intent alignment, and better performance across search and AI-driven discovery. What they like: What I like most about AirOps is the massive time savings. It takes what would normally be hours of complex SEO analysis from owned content to performance and competitor audits, and turns it into something fast, clear, and actually enjoyable to work with. I also love how easy it is to tweak and refine workflows to get high-quality outputs tailored to my specific needs. The training resources and example library are so helpful when building and designing workflows as a starting point. What they dislike: The downside is the pricing model. If you’re not careful about monitoring team usage, it’s easy to burn through your task budget faster than expected.

G2 ★★★★★All-in-One Automation Powerhouse—A True Game-Changer
It is helping us to build real, high-quality, repeatable workflows that I can reuse for different clients in our agency without sacrificing quality and 100% client-context focused, helping us save a lot of hours of work per week. What they like: It's an invaluable tool that aids significantly with real automations. You don't have to connect other apps or figure out 3rd party APIs since all the tools you need are already integrated, and in the same way, you don't need to have several different other accounts since everything is self-contained within airops. It is a game-changer for me after using n8n and Zapier to automate many of my workflows. Now with AirOps I have everything in one place and with one account. What they dislike: So far, everything is fantastic. As I continue using it, I find more and more features that I can use.

G2 ★★★★★Empowers Workflow Creation with Intuitive Dashboard and Helpful Co-pilot
I learned how to build a workflow to update glossary pages for my company's website. Using grids automates updates for 100s of pages. It's excellent that I can add power agents (out-of-the-box) to improve AEO search. When I completed my content engineering certification, AirOps reviewed the workflow I created and sent me specific recommendations to improve it. What they like: I like that I can build workflow and grids within a single dashboard. When I'm unsure of what to do next, I can use Co-pilot. I just completed the content engineering cohort, and it changed how I think about creating content. What they dislike: I don't see a clear downside. I'm still learning about de-bugging workflows. It doesn't feel intuitive to me, but also, I'm still learning.

G2 Rated 4.5/5Powerful Workflow Automation That Accelerates Organic Growth
Airops is helping us grow our presence in organic search results across Google, chatGPT, and other AI search engines with new content as well as keeping our existing one updated and optimized. What they like: What I like best about Airops is the workflow automation. You set the workflow once (spend an hour or two, very easy to create with co-pilot!) and your marketing team can grow organic search and signups MUCH faster. Plus, the platform is easy to use - I don't have experience with Airops but was able to build and publish two effective complex workflows for content refresh and creation in less than 48 hours. And shout out to the folks from the support team! They've been super helpful and fast every time (and I got in touch a lot :) What they dislike: No issues so far! I use it every day and I haven't found any blockers.

G2 ★★★★★AirOps helps me focus on Strategy , takes care of the content creation and refresh
At saasgenie , we use AirOps for a number of things. But primarily its to accelerate our website content (Blogs, Customer Success stories). We automate our LinkedIn content creation and personalize it with Brand and context. We also use it for Blog refresh/updates, reddit etc. What they like: AirOps is truly agentic and AI in the day where all products claim to have some AI tag to it. Firstly, as a lean team trying to scale my marketing org organically, AirOps is helping me get there faster. It lets me build the workflows and feed context. This means, if I have a certain method to writing my blogs, AirOps helps me capture what I do and automates it. Our time into content creation has reduced by 80%, we instead focus on strategy. We have improved our website traffic by 3x in the first 45 days of using the tool. Highly recommend AirOps if you are looking to win AI search and SEO. What they dislike: There is nothing in specific that I can think of.

G2 ★★★★★Unmatched Flexibility, Power, and Cost Savings for LLM Workflows
We have created 50+ step workflows that allow us to achieve repeatability and accuracy in a way that would not be possible with any other platform. We have just started using it for it's intended purposed (AEO), but mainly use it as a way to create really fantastic, multi model, multi modal workflows. What they like: Provides just enough structure to create incredibly flexible LLM workflows. Other products don't give you the room to run on prompting and use of models that AirOps does. We've reduced our costs by 15%+ using their platform. What they dislike: Not as intuitive as it could be to create workflows that seamlessly connect to popular third party apps.

G2 ★★★★★AirOps Supercharges Content Creation with Impressive Quality and Efficiency
Scaling content operations without sacrificing quality or increasing costs. What they like: AirOps is like a superpower. I've been using it for 3 months now and I'm impressed at the level of quality we can generate in our content outputs at scale. I've been running content edits, briefs, updates, and also smaller workflows for repurposing, and the journey has been smooth. It has reduced our time spent on tasks like creating briefs and editing by more than 50%. The best part is that our content team can both produce and refresh content at scale, without sacrificing quality. Integration with Wordpress or Notion is smooth, which makes it perfect for our content workflows. I also love customer support. Onboarding was easy and all questions have been answered fast. It was easy to implement this and get it adopted by our content team. What they dislike: Grids are great, but I'd love to see more automation options, more column types, or formulas in there. For example, I have a grid for our blog content publishing and I can't add a column for Editor to tag the responsible person. I also can't run simple calculations for a score based on columns, for example, unless I add a workflow. The product is constantly being updated, so I'm sure I'll see improvements soon.

G2 ★★★★★Save time by creating custom AI workflows for a variety of content needs
I've used AirOps for content creation and editing. I created a content repurposing workflow that cut down time from 3-4 hours to 45 minutes. What they like: At first, content engineering struck me as just another buzzword, cobbling together various workflows with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and other AI agents. However, my perspective changed when I joined an AirOps AI Marketing cohort where things clicked. The platform simplifies the process of building complex workflows for a wide range of content needs, making it surprisingly straightforward. I personally created a content repurposing workflow that reduced my writing and editing time from 3-4 hours to just 45 minutes. What stands out most for me is the AI Copilot, which collaborates with you to turn your ideas into executable workflows. The AirOps team is also very supportive and wants to see you succeed, and their cohorts are a great way to get familiar with the platform along with learning more about content engineering. What they dislike: It takes some time to get used to the interface and build your first workflow. Once you get used to the platform, things seem very intuitive.

G2 Rated 4.5/5Efficient Content Creation with Some Setup Tweaks
I use Airops to create content and write at scale, reducing the time writers and editors spend on writing. What they like: I love how Airops helps us write content at scale. I love the Quill feature and how easy it is to set up workflows or playbooks using Copilot. The initial setup was easy because they have templates. The AirOps platform was not as easy to get a handle on, but they had great sessions in the cohorts that helped me get onboarded. What they dislike: The templates are very basic and I have to fine-tune it a lot to get it to work the way we are creating content.

G2 ★★★★★AirOps Scales Content Strategy with Repeatable, High-Impact Workflows
Content at Scale: AI citations and mentions. What they like: AirOps helped us develop stronger strategies and produce content at a high scale.
It also handles much of the heavy lifting around AEO/GEO. It helps you build a repeatable system, and you can bring your own workflow through the co-pilot. You focus on the strategy, and it sets up a workflow that’s ready to execute on your behalf...consistently and at scale What they dislike: Not much to add. Also the ability for the workflow to loop and refresh its knowledge base with feedback What they dislike: The learning curve, but once you get past it. You can really take off and scale workflows. G2 ★★★★★Transforms Complex SEO Workflows into a Seamless, Scalable Solution
AirOps solves the problem of scaling SEO and content operations without relying on manual, repetitive work or multiple disconnected tools.
It replaces time-consuming tasks like SERP analysis, competitor research, data extraction, and content generation with automated, end-to-end workflows. For me, this means faster execution, consistent outputs, and the ability to test and iterate at scale. What previously took hours or days now runs in minutes, allowing me to focus on strategy and optimisation while still delivering content that performs well across SERPs and LLM-driven search experiences. What they like: What I like best about AirOps is its ability to turn complex SEO and content workflows into a single, scalable system. The iterator-based workflows make it easy to scrape data, analyse SERPs, extract insights, and generate high-quality content automatically. Everything runs end-to-end in minutes, not hours, while still allowing granular control through logic and conditions. It replaces multiple tools with one flexible platform and delivers faster execution, better consistency, and measurable impact on search performance and LLM visibility. What they dislike: The platform can feel quite technical as you go deeper into advanced workflows, especially when working with iterators, logic, and multi-step automations. There is a learning curve, and some workflows require time to fully understand. That said, learning and practising along the way makes it much easier, and the power you gain is well worth the initial complexity.

G2 ★★★★★Effortless AI Content Creation with Consistent Results
AirOps is helping us scale quality content faster than we've been able to before, at a more efficient price per piece. And we own the workflow, meaning if our freelancers move on to other projects, we don't lose the workflow we've spent time and money investing in. What they like: AirOps makes it so much easier to leverage AI for content creation. Instead of manually repeating the same prompts into different AI tools, endless copy and pasting, and wildly different outputs each time, I'm able to construct a workflow that delivers consistent results tailored to my needs. What they dislike: AirOps is pricey. If you have the budget, it's totally worth the investment, but I know that most smaller teams might not be able to afford it, which is a bummer. We'd love to use it even more than we are now, but are limited because of budget.

G2 ★★★★★Transforms Content Strategy with Scalable, High-Quality Workflows
AirOps is helping solve the problem of scaling high-quality, authoritative content without increasing headcount or sacrificing standards. Historically, content creation, refresh, and repurposing were manual, inconsistent, and difficult to operationalize across SEO, AEO, social, and demand generation. With AirOps, we’re able to systematize how expertise is turned into content — refreshing existing assets, building hub-and-spoke models off major moments like webinars, and creating consistent outputs across blogs, LinkedIn, and nurture programs. The benefit is a more efficient content engine that improves discoverability, supports demand generation, and keeps humans focused on strategy, messaging, and quality rather than repetitive execution. What they like: AirOps does a great job of bridging strategy and execution. It’s not just about generating content faster — it’s about building repeatable, scalable systems for content creation, refresh, and optimization that still leave room for human judgment. The workflows and grids make it easy to turn subject-matter expertise and real business moments (like webinars or product launches) into SEO- and AEO-ready content, social posts, and demand-gen assets without starting from scratch each time. It’s especially strong for teams that care about quality, consistency, and long-term discoverability rather than one-off outputs. What they dislike: The learning curve can feel steep at first, especially for teams new to thinking about content as systems rather than individual assets. To get the most value, you need to invest time upfront in experimenting with workflows and grids — it’s not an instant “plug-and-play” tool. That said, once you make that investment, the payoff is significant, and the structure actually becomes a strength rather than a limitation. They also have a fantastic certification and academy that I would encourage anyone using AirOps take part in.

G2 ★★★★★Saved hundreds of hours in our campaign production worklow
We have highly knowledgeable in-house content writers, so our intention was never to replace them. Instead, our aim was to boost their productivity by providing them with detailed, well-researched back briefs for our major assets. Once these major assets are completed, we then generate variations of all necessary deliverables to give our writers a solid starting point. This approach has significantly streamlined our content production process. What they like: Workflows, grids, and LLM integrations truly feel like magic. I especially value the automatic formatting into proper markdown that occurs at every relevant step. The workflow and grid I created have the potential to fundamentally transform how we produce campaign content. What they dislike: I would appreciate more detailed information on how the power steps function. Similarly, it would be helpful to have greater clarity on how to make the most of the brand kits and knowledge bases.

G2 Rated 4.5/5Revolutionized SEO Workflows with Scalable Automation
AirOps solves two problems for me: scaling my own content and creating fast, high-value deliverables for clients. For my blog, I use AirOps to build workflows that handle the whole process: SERP analysis → brief → article draft. For clients, AirOps has been even more helpful. I can quickly generate things like FAQ sections (using real “People Also Ask” data), key takeaway blocks, and AEO Visibility Scorecards that show how ChatGPT talks about their brand. These are simple, concrete deliverables that clients understand immediately, and they’re great for proposals. What they like: AirOps lets me build systems instead of chasing individual prompts. Most AI tools help you write faster; AirOps helps you produce smarter by turning SEO/AEO into repeatable workflows you can scale across dozens or hundreds of keywords. The free trial is also a huge plus; you can actually test the platform properly before committing. You understand the value once you use it. Another thing I really appreciate is the Content Engine course. It teaches you how to think like a Content Engineer, with simple, practical lessons that show you how to build real workflows. The Brand Kit + Knowledge Base setup feels like having your own style content system. It keeps everything consistent and factual. It’s a small thing that makes a massive difference in quality. I love Power Agents because they save me hours of work while I learn! What they dislike: There’s a learning curve. Not huge, but you do need to shift your mindset. The price is not clear.

G2 Rated 4.5/5Custom workflows, automated deliverables, massive output and scale.
Automating and scaling content production for new content, existing content refreshes, content briefs, localization, and more. What they like: AirOps has helped our team significantly scale content production in a quick, efficient, and repeatable manner while maintaining high quality. We've been able to automate several workflows that previously required considerable manual oversight and effort. We can build these workflows to our narrow specifications so they take in our unique data, insights, and voice - avoiding the cookie cutter slop. The folks at AirOps have been extremely responsive in helping us create workflows and troubleshoot issues. They are constantly tweaking the product and are genuinely interested in our suggestions and feature requests. What they dislike: - There's a learning curve. It's difficult to edit workflows without hands on help from the AirOps team. - LLMs are prone to hallucinations, meaning you'll need to continuously review and validate outputs. - Some workflows are buggy, requiring multiple runthroughs and eating resources. - It's expensive.

It has helped me eliminate a lot of manual, repetitive work. For example, I built a workflow that does a brand check of my content. It removes anything deemed not allowed in my brand kit. It has cleared up so much time for me by reviewing the content, and it also helps me catch errors that my tired eyes sometimes miss. What they like: It makes life so much simpler! For me, it's not about automating tasks and scaling content as much as it’s about knowing where I can make my content and AI strategy more impactful. One of the best features is Quill that helps you unstuck yourself if you’re new to content engineering. You create playbooks and see the magic happen. What they dislike: Sometimes workflows, playbooks break randomly. But the team is super prompt in resolution.

G2 ★★★★★Effortless Content Workflows and Seamless Brand Consistency
Before AirOps, our content workflow felt pretty scattered. We were using different tools for research, writing, optimization, and publishing, which meant a lot of time lost switching between platforms and trying to keep everything aligned. AirOps brought all of those steps into one place, making it much easier to manage the entire process from planning through publishing. We also had trouble maintaining a consistent brand voice as our content output grew. With AirOps, we were able to upload our brand guidelines and knowledge base, so the content always sounds like us, no matter who’s creating it. And in terms of scale, we were reaching our limits. AirOps automates key parts of the workflow, which lets us create more content in less time—without overloading the team. What they like: I really like how AirOps simplifies our content workflow instead of adding extra steps. The workflow builder is super intuitive, and it lets us automate things like research, drafting, and optimization—so we save a lot of time. What stands out most is how well it maintains our brand voice. We can upload our style guidelines and internal knowledge, so the content actually sounds like us, not like generic AI text. And having everything in one place—from planning to publishing—makes it much easier to stay organized, especially when we’re juggling multiple projects. Overall, it’s made our content production process much smoother and more efficient. What they dislike: There isn’t much to complain about, but the platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first. It took us some time to get familiar with the interface and to set up our workflows. Once we understood how everything worked, it became much smoother, but the initial learning curve is worth noting. Also, while AirOps automates a lot, there are still some parts of the content process that need manual review, especially for more detailed or nuanced topics. It would be great if those areas could be automated a bit further in the future.

G2 Rated 4.5/5Outstanding Training That Delivers Real Skills
It's helping me do my job at scale, enabling me to take on more clients. What they like: What I liked best about AirOps was the cohort learning experience with Andrea as our instructor. Her expertise and genuine enthusiasm made complex concepts accessible and exciting. I also really appreciated that all sessions were recorded—this gave me the flexibility to revisit challenging material at my own pace and truly master the content. The combination of hands-on learning, a supportive community, and the ability to reference materials afterward created an ideal learning environment. What they dislike: While I found the challenging nature of some sessions to be ultimately beneficial for my growth, there were moments when the learning curve felt steep. However, this was mitigated by having access to recorded sessions and Andrea's excellent teaching style. If I had to point to an area for improvement, it would be helpful to have even more hands-on practice time during certain sessions to work through complex workflows in real-time, but overall, the program structure worked well.

G2 ★★★★★I Just love AirOps: Effortless Content Creation
Our content creation process used to be a bit chaotic. We had a ton of different tools for every step, from research to writing to publishing, and we were constantly switching back and forth. AirOps pulled it all together, making the whole process much more efficient and manageable. Now, we have everything in one place, and we can track each piece of content's progress easily. We know exactly what’s happening, who’s responsible for what, and what still needs to be done, which has made everything a lot less stressful. What they like: I love how AirOps simplifies our content creation process while keeping everything straightforward. The workflow builder is incredibly user-friendly, and it lets us automate essential tasks like research, writing, and optimization. This has really helped us save time and reduce manual work. With the ability to upload our own brand guidelines and knowledge base, the content produced is always on-brand and never feels like generic AI-generated text. What they dislike: To bo honest, nothing that I can think of

G2 ★★★★★I love the endless versatility
We turned to AirOps to scale content production and make creation and updates more efficient so we can stay competitive in today’s SEO/AEO landscape. We’re also using it to monitor performance and surface hidden opportunities -- where to refresh content, earn citations, and capture more visibility and traffic. What they like: I’ve been really impressed by how versatile AirOps is. The prebuilt “power agents” make it easy to create workflows -- everything from drafting new content to updating existing pieces to tracking performance and getting clear next steps. You can use these building blocks as-is or customize them to fit your exact need. AirOps integrates with the tools my team uses every day (platforms like ahrefs, Asana, Gong, Monday.com, etc.), so it fits smoothly into our systems and processes. It sort of feels like you can do almost anything with AirOps. It's also worth noting that the team keeps shipping meaningful updates, so AirOps just keeps getting better. What they dislike: Like any new tool, AirOps comes with a learning curve, especially if you’re new to generative AI and prompting. But they provide a lot of support to help you ramp up and see value quickly. This includes live training courses and webinars that give you hands-on practice and a chance to learn from other users. And their customer success team is outstanding -- some of the best support my team and I have received from a SaaS product.

G2 ★★★★★Seamless PDF Integration and Accurate AI Responses
By using the RAG feature with our brand guidelines, every email draft generated ensures our tone is consistent, regardless of which support agent is sending it. What they like: Uploading our 50-page internal PDF policy and having the AI reference it accurately for answers is seamless. It reduces hallucinations significantly compared to standard ChatGPT. What they dislike: In very long workflows (10+ steps), the list of available variables gets cluttered. It would be nice to have a way to group or hide variables that aren't relevant to the current step.

G2 ★★★★★Solid platform if you're serious about AI search
Knowing where your content is invisible in AI search and actually doing something about it. Before AirOps I was guessing. Now I have data and a repeatable process to act on it. What they like: The Insights + Playbooks combo is genuinely useful once you get the hang of it. I came in through their Content Engineer cohort which helped a lot. Got early access to Quill, the agentic playbooks are a nice step up from the classic workflow builder. What they dislike: The new interface took some adjustment, I missed the more visual workflow view at first. Runs can be slow. Worth it for the output quality

AirOps helps solve SEO/AI overview and content automation. What they like: Even simple workflows can automate content tasks, saving a ton of time. There is a small learning curve, but with CoPilot built in, it's easy to get help and create solid workflows. What they dislike: AirOps's pricing isn't for everyone. G2 ★★★★★Excellent content engine, and MCP context is what sets it apart
We have several expert voices at our company, and the hard part was never having something to say. It was production. Turning each expert's knowledge into polished long-form content meant heavy back-and-forth, and that bottleneck capped how much we could publish.
We struggled to produce long-form content at the pace our calendar demanded, putting out maybe one or two blogs a month. Now we can generate it at scale across all of our distinct voices, to the point where producing 10 to 15 a month is well within reach if we want it. We're not chasing volume for its own sake, but going from one or two to that kind of ceiling means output is no longer the thing holding us back. Our team spends its time on strategy and refinement instead of drafting and chasing revisions.
A big part of that is the setup AirOps built for us in Notion. We have a comprehensive content database we can actually work from, so iterating and refining a piece happens in one place instead of scattered across docs and threads.
The other piece is that our whole workflow runs through Claude over MCP, which unifies the tools we were juggling separately. We'd already codified our brand voice as a set of Claude skills, the voice each of our experts uses, the rules they follow, the things we never say, and we used those to inform the knowledge base and voice setup in AirOps. So the AI produces in the specific voices we've defined, pulling from our real sources and standards instead of guessing at a generic style.
The result is that we stay ahead of our content calendar instead of racing to keep up, our experts' time goes to the strategic work only they can do, and producing on-brand long-form content stopped being the constraint it used to be. What they like: We're piloting AirOps, so this is early hands-on, not a year in production.
AI and intelligence. This is the best part of the platform, and the reason we're in. The intelligence is the real thing, especially for SEO and content work. It scouts, it handles backlinking, and it holds context across a task better than we expected. Wire in your MCP connections and it gets sharper fast, because now it's pulling from your actual sources instead of guessing. If output quality is what you care about, this is where AirOps wins.
Integrations. The easy part. AirOps drops cleanly into an MCP setup, so connecting our tools and sources was quick, and those connections are what make the AI as good as it is. If you're already working in MCP, this will feel native.
Support and onboarding. A real strength. Onboarding was thorough enough to get us working without a lot of trial and error, and support has been quick when we needed it. For a platform with this much going on, that counts for more than it sounds.
UI and UX. Where there's the most room to improve. You get workflows, power agents, and playbooks, and all of it is capable, but figuring out how they fit together and when to reach for which takes a while. The power is all there. The work is the learning curve to reach it. Plan on leaning on that onboarding to get over the hump.
Performance. The other soft spot. We've hit lag and a few bugs in normal use. Nothing that's stopped us cold, but enough to break flow and get noticed. For a tool you'd run every day, this is what we'd most want tightened.
Pricing and ROI. Still TBD. We're in the pilot, so putting a number on the value right now wouldn't be honest. We'll know more once we've run it long enough to weigh output against cost. The signal looks good. The proof isn't in yet for us specifically.
Where it nets out. AirOps lives and dies on its AI, and the AI is excellent, especially once MCP is feeding it context. Support has your back while you learn it. The catch is a UX that takes real work to figure out and performance that can stutter. If you want AI quality and you'll put in the ramp, it's worth a serious look. We'll report back on ROI once the pilot has legs. What they dislike: The platform is genuinely capable, and most of our friction so far has come from getting that capability organized, not from limits in what it can do. These read to us as early speed bumps rather than dealbreakers, and a few targeted improvements would smooth them out:
Getting oriented across workflows, power agents, and playbooks. The three building blocks are powerful on their own, and once they click the potential is obvious. The learning curve is in understanding how they relate and how information passes between them, which took us some time up front. That meant our early energy went into setup and logistics before we could get to the content creation and automation we're most excited about. A clearer mental model would shorten that ramp, whether it's a visual map of how the pieces hand off to each other, a guided "first automation" path, or a few templates showing all three working together end to end.
Smoothing out setup and connections. Routing data between tools takes a bit more technical setup than we expected. As one example, we ran into a Notion authentication issue and worked with support to get it sorted, which they handled well. The opportunity is to make more of that self-serve: tighter setup flows for common connections, clearer messages when an authorization doesn't go through, and a quick way to confirm a connection is live before running a full playbook. Small changes there would let teams get moving faster on their own.
Tightening up playbook reliability. Occasionally a playbook will stall on a long load or need a quit-and-refresh to get going again. It's a manageable workaround today, but smoothing it out would make longer automations feel more dependable. Clearer failure states instead of an open-ended spinner, and the ability to retry or resume a stalled step without starting over, would make a noticeable difference in day-to-day flow.
None of these have changed our read that the core platform is worth investing in. They're the rough edges you'd expect this early, and the capability underneath is strong enough that smoothing the setup, connection, and reliability layers would take an already-promising tool and make it something we lean on without a second thought.

G2 Rated 3.5/5Powerful Agents and Impressive Workflow Builder, but a Steep Learning Curve
Being able to review a lot of blog content and do content updates in bulk is a massive help. It also helped me scrape competitors' web pages and then create a full keyword, positioning, differentiation, gap analysis report the then act on. What they like: AirOps is a deeply technical tool that puts a lot of power at your fingertips. The pre-built power agents are extensive, and the custom workflow builder is genuinely impressive, making it easy to create, adjust, and refine workflows to fit what you need. The interface is beautiful and clean. That said, there’s so much information and so many options that it can feel overwhelming at times, even though the visual design is well executed. I also worked with their support once when I noticed a workflow in a power agent wasn’t returning output the way it should. They jumped in right away and helped quickly. What they dislike: The learning curve is decently steep. I would highly suggest doing the AirOps university to really understand what's going on under the hood. Fully understanding inputs, outputs, and workflows is a must. One of the power agents didn't totally work and so I needed to contact support. I couldn't easily apply his one fix to the rest of my grid which was frustrating.

G2 ★★★★★Rich Context Tools—Brand Kits, Knowledge Bases, and Web Scraping That Deliver Better Results
It’s helping solve the often lackluster results I get from LLM outputs by making them more brand-forward and more accurate to what I’m working toward. It also streamlines my workflow, so I can spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time on strategy and delivering a polished final result. What they like: I like how much context you can add to get better results—things like brand kits and knowledge bases, plus the web page scrape feature that helps the LLM actually digest the information you’re asking it to review. The copilot prompt makes it simple to build workflows when you feel stuck. What they dislike: The only thing I dislike is the lack of CMS and CMR options. I'd like to see Go High Level, Elementor, Bricks, etc. be added.

G2 ★★★★★Fantastic for Repeatable Marketing Tasks and Content Ops
For me, the main problem AirOps solves, both in my work and in the content world in general, is how to actually scale AI in a way that's flexible and repeatable. It provides a powerful tool and a set of DIY workflows that help you leverage AI to scale your existing workflows. The customizable aspect makes it easy to create repeatable workflows that are genuinely useful, instead of being stuck with rigid templates. AirOps lets you take what you're already doing in tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini and run it at a much greater scale. The workflows are also adjustable and editable as you go. So if you generate 100 blogs with one workflow and realize the voice is a bit off, or you want to tweak the length or style, you can jump back into that part of the workflow and update it for the next round. That DIY, customizable layer is the real solution for me. You're not locked into a generic template made by someone else; you can tailor everything to your brand. I don't think many AI tools or agents are doing that well right now. What they like: My experience with AirOps comes from participating in their cohort this summer, where I worked closely with the team on an every-other-day, weekly basis. That gave me a really deep understanding of how the tool works and how different AI models can be used to create content and support marketing tasks. What I love most is the utility and the features. There just aren’t many places where you can string together multiple AI models to create any document or piece of content you might need. Most tools are built on one AI model. AirOps gives you access to various models without requiring you to sign up for each one separately, which is huge. I also really believe you usually can’t get from point A to point Z with just one tool, and AirOps is excellent at helping you orchestrate that. It’s also very intentional about where you can insert human choice and human connection, so your workflows stay personalized and don’t feel generic. It’s a flexible, interesting, and genuinely helpful tool once you get into it. I also want to call out the customer service. AirOps has unbeatable, fantastic support. I took a cohort for a long stretch and learned a ton of skills, all for free. You’re not just getting a tool; you’re getting access to really talented, thoughtful people who will help you figure out how to make it work for your specific use cases. What they dislike: Because AirOps is so powerful and flexible, it can also feel pretty complicated. This isn’t a tool you jump into and, two hours later, magically have 500 blog posts. That’s a general misconception about AI, but it’s worth saying here: you still need to put real work into the processes. To get the most out of AirOps, you really need to know what tasks you want to tackle and what outcomes you’re aiming for before you start building. It shines with repeatable tasks and ongoing workflows much more than one-off projects. It’s easy to personalize to your needs, but to personalize it well, you have to put in the time and effort, or work closely with the AirOps team to dial in your workflows. So if you’re a smaller company that only publishes one or two blog posts a week and you already have a writer on staff, it may not be the most obvious fit. But if you’re trying to seriously scale your content production and editing, and you’re willing to invest the time up front, it’s a great place to be.

G2 Rated 3.5/5Powerful, Expansive Tool with Valuable Brand Kits and Knowledge Bases
Massive amounts of content marketing What they like: It can be so expansive. It's very powerful and integrates lots of tools and LLM models together, and the brand kits / knowledge bases are extremely valuable – I find less hallucinations in my work here because of it. There are always new features to discover and explore. I appreciate the community building around the platform and it feels genuinely valuable to my work. What they dislike: Workflows break often because of complicated steps and updates to LLM models, which I wish AirOps corrected more automatically. Copilot is consistently not very helpful but it has improved with time.

G2 ★★★★★From chaos to copy: why AirOps works for content teams
AirOps gives me a reliable way to turn messy inputs into consistent, on-brand outputs. It solves three painful gaps: Output-first design that removes guesswork and rewrites. I define the deliverable, then work backwards. Reusable context via Brand Kits and Knowledge Bases, so tone and facts stay tight without handholding. Scale through Grids, so one prompt becomes many high quality variants for different audiences and locales. The benefit is speed with control. I spend less time briefing and editing, more time shipping content that matches our rules, reads naturally in UK English, and is ready to paste. What they like: The class structure was very neat and the team was very accomodating. What they dislike: Copilot is amazing but could use a little work to help with inputs that match with blocks.

G2 ★★★★★Transforms Manual Tasks into Scalable, No-Code Workflows
AirOps helps me automate and scale tasks that used to be completely manual, like drafting Reddit responses and analysing how our content appears in AI search results. What they like: I’ve been using AirOps to build internal workflows for tracking and generating Reddit responses and to understand how our content shows up in AI search. It’s been super useful for turning messy manual processes into something scalable and repeatable without needing to code anything. The interface is simple once you get into it, and I like how flexible it is for both writing and analysis tasks. It’s one of those tools that saves hours every week. What they dislike: There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, especially figuring out how to structure workflows the right way. Some of the documentation could go deeper with real examples. But they do have AirOps university that goes over the basic stuff

G2 ★★★★★AirOps Excels at Custom Client Grids and Organization
It's sped up our processes and saved us a lot of time during a period where we're growing rapidly and need more bandwidth desperately. What they like: AirOps is great for creating grids that learn your clients' specific needs/requirements - it's easy to keep it all organized and avoid the AI using what it learns about one client and applying it to another, if they're really different. What they dislike: It's still struggling to research and write listicles, where you have to write product descriptions, find features, and write pros and cons. We've found errors in those. But it's great for guide-type blogs and product pages!

G2 ★★★★★Quickly Scales Quality Content for AIO
It is allowing us to scale quality content without the need for a dedicated full time SEO/AIO copywriter and improve our AI search. What they like: The ability to quickly scale quality content. The help tool is massively helpful is being about to engineer workflows I wouldn't have been otherwise able to on my own. What they dislike: How cumbersome and detailed some workflows need to get for a desired output. Some workflows can take over a week of dedicated tweaking, iterating, and testing for a desired output.

Creating content that is both AEO optimized and on brand in a much faster way than our small team ever could What they like: The robust integrations with MCPs and level of detail you can go to in workflows What they dislike: The setup and onboarding time, the learning curve with the product, the bugs, the time to value

G2 ★★★★★Really, really powerful platform for any and all content initiatives.
Scaling content marketing efforts while maintaining a high bar in terms of quality (without having to scale headcount) What they like: The documentation, academy, and resources to make the most of the tool What they dislike: It's a very powerful tool but can be overwhelming because there's so much it cane do. Also, Quill, the AI copilot, can be pretty hit or miss.

Speeds up execution across SEO and GEO initiatives. What they like: I like that it’s a highly customizable AI workflow builder. G2 ★★★★★Strong AI Tracking, But Disappointing Post-Sale Support
AirOps clearly invests heavily in pre-sales, but the post-sale experience feels neglected. The product has a lot of potential, but unreliable support and poor communication significantly undermine confidence—especially when account and billing issues are involved. What they like: The product itself is strong. AirOps offers a genuinely useful approach to AI visibility and prompt tracking across multiple engines, and the platform has real value for teams taking this seriously. Pre-sales communication was excellent—responsive, clear, and helpful during demos and the trial phase. What they dislike: Post-sale support has been poor. After signing the contract, there was zero onboarding or welcome communication—no guidance on support, no account overview, nothing. I then ran into a billing/account issue where my prompt tracking limits didn’t match my contract. Support acknowledged the problem, confirmed it needed escalation, and explicitly told me someone would follow up the same day. That follow-up never happened, and it’s now been over two weeks with no resolution. For a premium-priced tool, this lack of follow-through and basic customer communication is unacceptable.

G2 ★★★★★Took an entire day just to configure a 3-step workflow. Getting help was frustratingly difficult.
Scale content changes, but their product is totally not ready yet and I can't believe they are out there on LinkedIn selling the dreams and lying to so many people! What they like: It combine AI visibility with workflow actions. Sounds promising but.. What they dislike: The tool sounds very promising but is simply selling a dream. The workflow builder is so unusable and it is taking me hours to figure out something simple. I just need to configure 3 steps in a workflow and it took me a day to figure things out. Their AI assistant is not helpful. The support is slow and the sales people are not helpful at all. Overall, the tool's UI/UX is so bad and buggy they make it hard for you to test out the platform so that you would need to pay more to hire their implementation team. This is super unacceptable.
