AirOps Feels Like a True Content Engine for Scalable, On-Brand Workflows

The biggest problem AirOps solves is the gap between spotting an issue and actually fixing it. Most tools stop at the dashboard: they show you where you’re losing visibility in AI search, but then you’re left on your own to figure out what to do next. AirOps closes that loop by surfacing what’s underperforming and then giving you workflows to create, refresh, and publish content directly. For me, that’s made a real difference. Instead of spending hours manually updating older blog posts or repurposing webinar content, I can run a workflow that gets it done in minutes. It’s taken what used to be a messy, disconnected process and turned it into something repeatable, efficient, and much easier to manage. What they like: What I like most about AirOps is that it genuinely feels built for real content operations, not just one-off AI writing. It lets you create repeatable workflows, produce content at scale, and keep your brand voice consistent across everything you publish. It does take some effort to set up, but once it’s running smoothly, it saves a ton of time. Overall, it feels more like a content engine than just another AI tool. What they dislike: Honestly, the biggest downside is the learning curve. This isn’t something you can just pick up and start using right away—it takes real time to set up and configure properly, and non-technical folks can really struggle with it. Teams often end up needing someone dedicated just to manage the workflows. On top of that, it can get pricey, especially if you need advanced features that are locked behind enterprise plans. And if you’re working with large datasets, performance can slow down, which is frustrating when you’re trying to scale. It’s powerful, but it’s also heavy—definitely not a lightweight tool for lean teams.

My agency became x3 times more efficient, and clients' results because x2 times better!

I use Airops to make my team more efficient, keep everything on brand with brand kits, and enhance our content workflows for better SEO results. It streamlines our research and content generation, replacing previous tools entirely. What they like: I love Airops for its super cool and amazing design. I like how advanced it is and appreciate the great output it provides, which gives us measurable results. It's also super customizable, allowing us to build workflows from scratch tailored to specific clients, use cases, locations, or tasks. This advanced capability helps create the most tailored approach and workflows. The design makes it nice to work with, and it just looks amazing. What they dislike: To be honest, sometimes, workflows are breaking. However, that's normal because sometimes we make too advanced however, their Copilot and support team are really helpful and always help us. The initial setup took quite some time, to be honest. So I would say the first two weeks were hard, but now a lot of things can be reusable and duplicated. So now it's easy.

Time savings + hugely collaborative team

AirOps is helping us scale our AEO and SEO content strategy without scaling headcount. We use it to run content refreshes, track AI citation wins and drops, build offsite workflows for brand mention building, and generate reporting that would otherwise take the team hours to pull manually. It's become the backbone of how we measure and improve our visibility across AI search platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini. What they like: What's made a big difference is the AirOps team itself. They've been real partners, not just a vendor. Responsive, collaborative, and willing to get in the weeds with us on new use cases. I joke that they read our minds — half the time a feature we've been wishing for just... appears. And when we've actually asked for something specific, it's been ready for us in a matter of weeks. That kind of turnaround is rare. What they dislike: Output accuracy is still the thing we watch most closely. We've caught incorrect stats, wrong product details, and facts that just needed a second look before publishing. It means editing time is still real. Also, the brand voice has felt a bit stiff in more recent outputs — more dictionary definition than "talking to a real person." Would love to see sourcing become more transparent so fact-checking is less of a manual lift!

The team behind the tool makes all the difference

As a one-person content team responsible for both content creation and refreshes, AirOps helps me identify gaps in our content while enabling more strategic updates using our proprietary data. When workflows are built effectively and used efficiently, it multiplies my output without adding to my time input. What they like: Onboarding was best-in-class, and the ongoing support feels like a true partnership (not just a help desk or chat). The platform itself is user-friendly, integrates smoothly with our website, and lets me do things like maintain final review of regulated claims, optimize for AI search, and execute bulk content updates with a click. The possibilities feel endless. What they dislike: As the only person using AirOps at my company, I've found it challenging to onboard the rest of my team. It can be difficult to clearly visualize or communicate everything the platform can do to colleagues who haven't used it themselves.

Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish

We were struggling with two main issues: inconsistency and inefficiency. Our content quality varied depending on who was writing, and our process involved too many disconnected tools that didn't talk to each other. AirOps solved both. Now our brand voice stays consistent across everything we publish because the platform is trained on our guidelines. And because the whole workflow lives in one place, we've cut our production time significantly. It's also helped us scale without hiring. We're producing more content than ever, but the team isn't burned out—because AirOps handles the heavy lifting on the repetitive tasks. What they like: The biggest win for us has been how AirOps connects all the pieces of our content process. Instead of bouncing between five different tools, we now have one platform that handles research, writing, and optimization together. It's genuinely saved us hours every week. What really impressed me is the brand knowledge feature. We uploaded our tone guidelines and key messaging, and the content that comes out actually feels on-brand. That was always a struggle before—especially when working with AI tools that produced generic-sounding copy. The workflow automation is also a game-changer. We've built custom workflows that match exactly how our team operates, which means less friction and faster turnaround on projects. What they dislike: Honestly, there's not a lot to criticize. The main thing I'd mention is that there's a bit of a setup period. Building out your workflows and uploading all your brand assets takes some upfront effort. It's definitely worth it once everything is in place, but don't expect to be fully up and running on day one. I'd also say that for highly technical or specialized content, you still need a human in the loop to check for accuracy. The platform does a great job, but some topics just require that extra layer of review.

Powerful SEO Automation but Pricey

I use Airops for SEO workflow automation, managing SEO and blog tasks in one software. It automates keyword research, streamlines content creation with analytics, and refreshes outdated content, making SEO more efficient. What they like: I have used Airops for SEO workflow automation, and it really helps in managing all SEO and blog-related tasks in one software. I appreciate its ability to extract and analyze data, providing analytics reports that show how the content is performing. I find the SEO features to be like 'SEO on steroids'. It efficiently finds keywords and performs keyword research through automation, which replaces hours of manual effort. I also love the advanced Excel-like interface that allows me to use multiple tools and take actions before publishing content. The proprietary data for content creation is impressive and supports optimization with various strategies. It includes different LLM models for content support and image generation models. I mostly prefer the content refresh tool as it resolves issues of outdated content with just one click. I also like that it tracks analytics and conversions, assists in attribution, and helps in scaling organic revenue. The initial setup was very easy, done within 24 hours. The integration with Ahrefs while maintaining automation features is also valuable to me. What they dislike: I find the pricing too expensive and feel overwhelmed by the multiple features.

Hands-On Cohort That Transforms Content into Scalable Systems

As a content marketing leader, my main challenge is scaling high-quality content without adding headcount. AirOps helps by building AI workflows that automate research, content structuring, and optimization. These tasks used to demand significant manual effort. The cohort taught me to stop treating content as individual tasks and start building systems. Now, I produce more targeted content in less time while maintaining quality and consistency. For any content team aiming to do more with less, AirOps removes the bottleneck between strategy and execution. What they like: The AirOps Content Engineering Cohort completely changes how you think about content production. Instead of treating content as a series of one-off tasks, the program teaches you to build scalable systems and workflows. The hands-on approach was the biggest differentiator. Every session pushed you to build real workflows solving actual problems, not just watch demos. The curriculum covering AEO, AI Overview optimization, and AI-powered content workflows is directly applicable to what B2B marketing teams need right now. The enablement team was exceptional. They stayed well past meeting times to answer questions and help anyone who was struggling. They genuinely encouraged and supported every person's individual goals for being in the program. That level of care and commitment to participant success is rare and made a real difference in the learning experience. The instruction and peer community were both genuinely high quality. What they dislike: The only drawback is I wish the course was a little longer. There's such a great opportunity to learn more.

Outstanding Experience Despite the Price

1. AI content creation at scale We use AirOps to operationalize AI for content production—turning repeatable prompts, brand rules, and SEO logic into structured workflows. This allows us to create consistent, search-optimized content faster, with less manual coordination and fewer quality issues than ad-hoc prompting. 2. Website auditing and analysis AirOps helps us automate parts of our website audits, such as analyzing page structures, identifying content gaps, and standardizing evaluations across large page sets. This makes audits more scalable, more consistent, and easier to turn into clear action items. Overall, AirOps reduces manual effort, improves consistency, and lets us focus more on strategy and decision-making rather than repetitive execution. What they like: Customizable AI prmpts, easy to understand UX without technical knowledge What they dislike: The price feels high relative to how quickly usage can scale, especially when running larger or more experimental workflows.

Revolutionized Our Workflow and Content Creation

It has really streamlined our content creation efforts. For instance, when we need to scale content quickly, manually creating 10+ pages could take weeks, but with AirOps, we can generate all of them in one go. After that, we only need to do some manual checks to ensure everything looks good. One feature I particularly appreciate is the ability to directly publish pages from. This integration with CMS platforms simplifies the process and reduces the steps involved in getting content live. For me, the biggest benefit is the time saved for the team, allowing us to focus more on strategy. Additionally, the recent addition of the analytics feature has been extremely helpful. It allows us to spot any gaps we may have with brand mentions and targeted keywords. What they like: One of the things I really like about AirOps is how it has significantly minimized our manual tasks, which used to be extremely time-consuming. For example, when creating content, especially for website optimization, the manual work involved in brief creation and content generation used to take a lot of time. But with AirOps, we’ve been able to build a streamlined workflow that handles it all in one go, which saves a lot of effort and time. Another great feature we’ve utilized is its ability to scrape Google results for specific keywords. Essentially, AirOps offers a versatile set of tools, from identifying outreach lists to scaling content across multiple websites. It’s been a game-changer for optimizing our processes! What they dislike: One thing that can be challenging, especially for new users, is the initial learning curve of the tool. It might seem overwhelming due to the wide range of features and capabilities. So it does take some time to get fully acquainted with everything it has to offer. However the support team is quick, efficient, and always ready to help with any questions or concerns!

AirOps Makes Scalable SEO Automation Practical

AirOps is helping me turn repetitive SEO and content workflows into automated, repeatable systems. I built a playbook that handles the recurring workflow and delivers a report every morning, replacing a manual process with a consistent automated workflow. Beyond saving manual effort, this has given me a scalable framework for identifying other repetitive SEO tasks that can be automated and monitored systematically. What they like: What I like most about AirOps is how it helps move AI from ad-hoc prompting into structured, scalable workflows. The Content Engineering program gave me a practical way to connect content, data, AI, automation, and human judgment in a cohesive process. I especially appreciate the emphasis on building repeatable systems grounded in real context, with quality controls and measurable outcomes, rather than simply generating more content. What they dislike: I didn’t notice many significant downsides throughout the program.

AirOps Streamlines My Writing Workflow and Keeps My Voice Consistent

I signed up for the AirOps cohort because I kept seeing organizations use it and wanted to understand it hands-on, not just read about it. So I set up a small project: a professional portfolio, and I'm using AirOps to run the content operation behind it, blog posts and LinkedIn posts, from the first draft through to something ready to publish. That's the problem it's solving for me at this stage: it takes over the repetitive parts of content production, structuring the brief, drafting, keeping the tone consistent whether I'm writing a blog post or a LinkedIn post, so I can focus on the judgment calls and the final review. Even at this small scale, I'm running close to the same workflow an organization would: a brand kit that keeps my voice consistent, playbooks that shape structure by format, and a review step before anything goes live. It's not a polished case study yet, it's a working example. And I'm well aware I've only scratched the surface of what the tool can actually do. What they like: The Writing Rules playbook made a real difference in how I write. I can now put out articles that consistently match my voice and intent, and even with the required HILT review, the whole process still saves me time. The initial setup takes time to get right, and I'd tell anyone starting out to expect that. But it's worth the investment: the quality of everything I create depends on how well that foundation is built. Setting up integrations was easy, on the other hand. I connected AirOps to Google Analytics and Search Console, so I could bring performance data straight into my workflows instead of copying it over by hand. Quill has been just as valuable: it's a solid AI agent for adjusting my playbooks and grids, catching gaps, and suggesting improvements I wouldn't have caught on my own. What they dislike: There isn't anything I dislike about AirOps specifically. The system does have a learning curve, and it takes time to figure out how to get the most out of it. What makes up for that is the support: everyone on the team is responsive. They have a Slack channel where you can post any question and get an answer almost instantly.

AirOps Makes Building AI Agents Easy, Even for Non-Techies

AirOps helps me eliminate the busywork and decrease the amount of time required for quality content updates. We're talking about shipping in hours instead of days. What they like: The platform is evolving constantly, but I find Quill, the smart AI assistant, to be the most helpful part, enabling non-techies like myself to actually build AI agents through a conversation. I also LOVE the MCP feature. What they dislike: I don't dislike it, but I sometimes feel overwhelmed by how quickly new features are introduced. It requires me to allocate additional time to catch up with the platform. That said, all the recent updates have been truly helpful so far.

What AirOps actually does differently

Playbooks and workflows you build yourself

Chain models, data sources, and tools into multi-step workflows that research, write, and refresh content, run on a schedule or started by a trigger.

Human review built into the run

Agents pause, send work to a review Inbox, and resume once someone edits or approves it, with inline comments, suggestion mode, and version history.

Publishing straight to your CMS

Create, refresh, and publish pages through native CMS integrations that keep field mappings and item IDs intact, so updates land without copy and paste.

AI search insights by audience

Tracks visibility, citations, and share of voice across answer engines (7+ on Pro, ChatGPT only on Solo), and sizes the results to the buyers you sell to.

Content scoring before you ship

Automated checks for readability, claim support, information gain, SEO, and AEO score each draft before it reaches the market.

A strategy team alongside the software

AirOps sells the platform and its expert team as one engagement, so higher tiers come with help setting and running the AI search strategy.

Who AirOps is for

Content and SEO teams with a large library to keep fresh

Hundreds of pages decay faster than the team can refresh them, and AI answer engines cite whoever is current.

Playbooks that research, rewrite, and publish refreshes straight to the CMS, with a human review step before anything ships. Pro adds unlimited seats and 100,000 tasks a month.

Marketing and SEO agencies

Client output is capped by headcount, and each client needs its own brand voice and research.

Reusable workflows that run on each client's Brand Kit and Knowledge Bases. Solo and Pro include one Brand Kit, so serving several clients points to Enterprise, which has unlimited Brand Kits.

Solo marketers and consultants

One person running content and search for a single brand, without a team to hand work to.

The Solo plan: one user, 35,000 tasks a month, one Brand Kit, ChatGPT insights, and basic CMS and SEO integrations.

Enterprise marketing teams with security and brand review

AI content has to clear procurement, legal, and brand review across regions before it can go live.

SOC 2 Type II, SSO, bring-your-own model keys, multi-locale content, and approval steps at any stage, with a dedicated account manager on Enterprise.

AirOps FAQ

Is AirOps worth it?+

For teams that will invest in setup, most reviewers say yes. AirOps is rated 4.7 out of 5 on G2 from 134 reviews, and reviewers describe tasks dropping from hours to minutes once workflows are built. It is less of a fit if you want results without setup: about a third of reviewers mention a learning curve, and several call it expensive for small teams.

Is AirOps free?+

AirOps offers a 14-day free trial, and its pricing page says you don't need to give payment details until the trial ends. It does not publish prices for its Solo, Pro, or Enterprise plans, so you will see the cost in the app or from sales.

Is AirOps safe and legit?+

Yes. AirOps is a San Francisco software company backed by $62.5M in venture funding, including a $40M Series B led by Greylock in November 2025. It says it is SOC 2 Type II certified and never uses customer data to train models. It has 134 reviews on G2 averaging 4.7 out of 5, and its customer stories name brands such as Carta, Ramp, and Chime. As of October 2026 we found no BBB profile and no industry awards.

What are the biggest complaints about AirOps?+

The learning curve comes up most: building workflows takes time, and some teams needed help from AirOps staff. After that, reviewers mention price, tasks running out faster than expected, workflows that break, and output that still needs fact-checking. One reviewer reports poor support after signing and a billing mismatch with their contract.

How long does AirOps take to set up?+

Expect it to take weeks. An agency owner says the first two weeks were hard, and other reviewers describe a week or more of tweaking for a complex workflow. AirOps says most enterprise teams go live in four weeks with a Solutions Architect. Its training cohorts and Copilot come up often as the things that made setup manageable.

Is AirOps software or an agency?+

Both. AirOps sells its platform and its expert team as one engagement, so higher tiers include help setting and running an AI search strategy. Most G2 reviewers write about the software itself.
